My career has been built on an unwavering commitment to two things: a deep empathy for the complex problems leaders face and an unyielding focus on outcomes. For me, it’s about putting your goals ahead of my own. I believe that building credibility isn’t about big promises; it’s about delivering what I say I will deliver.

I am passionate about helping clients operate more efficiently—not just in their tech departments but across their entire organization. It's a journey I've walked for over two decades, and it’s one I am now energized by through the lens of AI. I am motivated by solving your most challenging problems, helping you find a better way of working, and ensuring that our partnership is defined by integrity, accountability, and real, measurable results.

I provide fractional leadership to help businesses bridge critical gaps and accelerate key initiatives. My roles include interim/part-time CTO, CIO, or a Transformation Executive.
